For the response (I copied here) "The intention of the sentence is for a capability indication for the link switch delay. This can be informed from a non-AP MLD to an AP MLD upfront (one time) during capability exchange in the association phase or a mode change. According to the context,  "the non-AP MLD may indicate link swith delay" is after "The limitations for the initial Control frame shall be indicated by the non-AP MLD to the AP MLD ". This would cause confusion. I would suggest to clarify the "link switch delay" is indicated by the non-AP MLD in the capability exchange.
