Hello Ross,

 

As far as I understand with my own reading on Yan's contribution, the text highlighted in yellow is still part of the PDT text and part of the SP.  For my edit after she receives more than 75% of yes for her SP, I will add a TBD tag to any word/equation/paragraph that is highlighted in yellow.   @Yan(msi) Zhang  - would you kindly confirm with my understanding?
