[STDS-802-11-TGBE] Discussion on SP2 in DCN974r4

I ran the SP2 in DCN974r4 today but couldn't finish the Q&A session due to time limitation. Let's have offline discussion here and anyone is welcome to share questions and comments. I saw Liwen Chu, Yunbo Li, Zhou Lan, Stephane Baron, and Jason Yuchen Guo were still in the queue.

Do you support to include the following in SFD?
A NSTR MLD STA may initialize the random back-off counter in multiple links to one value using the same random number generator when the CW of those links are same. The count down on those links is independent and depends on the channel condition
