[STDS-802-11-TGBE] [CR-MAC] Feedback Requested for CRs on EHT Capabilities element

I have prepared a CR doc 21/253r0 which addresses comments related to the EHT Capabilities element.

The following CIDs are addressed in the CR doc: 1126, 1004, 2246, 3352, 3353, 3354, 3355, 3356, 3357, 3358, 1009, 1121, 1133, and 1022.
