Hi Abhi,
During the call, Young Hoon just expressed the same comment that the AP MLD doesn’t need to indicate the affiliated AP MAC Address because the non-AP MLD has got this info during the discovery phase.
Hence, the MAC Address Present subfield shall be set to 0 when the ML element is carried with Association Response.
Anyway, I remember that when I said that you miss the condition part for the MAC Address Present subfield, then you response me that we can talk it later, right?
That’s why I’m confused when you add the highlighted text. Maybe I miss something.

Hi Guogang,
I added these changes in front of everyone during the call (live edits).
A couple of members ? Young Hoon and some other member (I forget) ? made the comment that the spec need to have a statement that subfields in the STA Info field are present when the element carries
complete information for the reported STA. We discussed it a bit during the call and decided to add the blue text shown in your email (below).
The additions were made on-screen while I was presenting the document to the group.

When you presented the contribution DCN254r4, I do not think that there is the text highlighted in the blue color. But when you run the SP, the highlighted text in the uploaded revision (DCN254r5) was not mentioned it
at all. Could you explain why you added the new text without any notification to the group?
