Thank you for your update.

It seems this complies with the legacy format of 8-bit SCSID.

 

For SCSID subelement format, you indicate : “The SCSID field indicates the SCSID for which traffic is to be measured”.

Do you think it would be helpful to complete with : “When present, it replaces the information present in Traffic Identifier field.” ?

Based on comments received in the call, I modify the resolution and define a new subelement with the SCSID info. Please find the DCN1273r4 on the mentor and share your opinion on it.
