I have posted the latest version of the
TGbe agenda for the May plenary electronic meeting.
Please let me know the following:
- If any CR document (MAC/Joint) is missing from the list of queued documents (all docs should be located somewhere in the
agenda)
- If any PDT document is missing from the list of PHY documents pending discussion.
Also please ensure that the documents pending discussion are already posted on the server and if you believe that the presentation needs more time (if a time estimate is provided) please let me know so that i can re-estimate.
The above actions to be taken no later than Sunday 05/08 18:00 ET.
PS: Currently there is only one PDT in the PHY queue. If the number of PHY contributions is limited then we may replace some ad-hoc sessions (expecting the AM sessions as per tradition) with Joint sessions so that we can run motions on additional sessions.
