Regarding CID 10244 and 10420 in 11-22/1159r1, could you defer the motion for further discussion?
Because the updated Figure 35-12 is not aligned with the original meaning of the Quiet Count field. 
In IEEE Std 802.11-2016, please refer to the following sentence. 
The Quiet Count field is set to the number of TBTTs until the beacon interval during which the next quiet interval starts. A value of 1 indicates the quiet interval starts during the beacon interval starting at the next TBTT. A value of 0 is reserved.
