Hi Minyoung, Rubayet,

It suffices if the resolution notes that a NSTR mobile AP is free to operate only on its primary link by possibly disabling the nonprimary link.

Following up with the discussion on CID 12839 from this morning. Personally I think the commenter gave a good suggestion in this CID. However, given the current timeline, if you would like to reject the comment, following is some resolution text you can consider--

“Rejected: Although characteristics and operations of NSTR Mobile AP MLD is defined in 802.11be, the group has not yet converged on the mobile AP MLD definition itself. At this moment, defining ‘NSTR Mobile AP MLD’-like procedures for EMLSR mode of operation is difficult before the group settle on definition and scope of “mobile AP MLD” within 11be.”
