I have a comment regarding the resolution of CID #11658 and #10717.
Could you also consider updating TID-to-Link Mapping by optionally including TID-to-Link Mapping element in ML Reconfiguration Request/Response frame?
Association Request/Response frame can optionally include TID-to-Link Mapping element.
By introducing the same way in ML Reconfiguration Request/Response frame,
it is possible to reduce the overhead of exchanging TID-to-Link Mapping Request and Response frame after link addition or link deletion.
