Thanks Minyoung for this doc 572r0 related to EMLSR.
I have a concern regarding the text added on top of page 7 (related to EDCAF operation) for the resolution of CID#17867 and 15005.
As far as I understand, this text indicates that a non-AP MLD in EMLSR mode is able to perform EDCA backoff procedure on an EMLSR link#2 while performing a frame exchange sequence with
an AP MLD on an EMLSR link#1.
From my current understanding of EMLSR mode, a non-AP MLD in EMLSR mode is not able to perform CCA on an EMLSR link#2 while performing a frame exchange on an EMLSR link#1, because all
RF resources are assigned to the non-AP affiliated STA operating on EMSR link#1. So, if CCA cannot be performed, the EDCA backoff procedure cannot be performed…
I think it is of interest to add such clarification to the draft for EDCA operation in EMLSR mode. But as it is, this added text is confusing for me for the non-AP MLD case. For the
AP MLD case, I can better understand this added text.
For the non-AP MLD case, from my current understanding of EMLSR Mode, I think the draft should rather clarify that an EDCA backoff procedure running on an EMLSR link#2 should be suspended
if a frame exchange is starting on an EMLSR link#1.

Please take a look at the submissions list and let me know if any of the contributions are missing from the queues, in particular from PHY queue since we currently
have only one submission and based on the guidelines below the plan is to cancel the PHY call of monday if none of the criteria below is satisfied.
In addition, please make sure that if you have a deferred CID and intend to request for SP then that submission does appear in the queue as pending SP. This way
it does not end up in the quarantine queues/docs. CIDs in quarantine are those that show up in the comment resolution database as "Resolution drafted but no consensus yet" for more than 2 weeks from the day they were presented.
Guidelines for scheduled PHY conf calls:

Members are invited to send submission requests to be added to the PHY submissions queue.

Requests may explicitly indicate if the requestor prefers to discuss his/her submission at a particular PHY conf call. If there is no such explicit indication then the submission will
be added by default to the PHY submissions queue and will be scheduled for presentation in a subsequent PHY conference call during which there are at least 3 submissions available for discussion.

A scheduled PHY conference call will be cancelled if the planned PHY agenda for that particular conference call does not have at least 3 queued presentations or at least one
queued presentation with an explicit request by Thursday 23:59 ET, of the week preceding the scheduled PHY conf call. The cancellation notice will be sent after the deadline passed and no later than Friday EOB of
that same week.
