Subject: [STDS-802-11-TGBK] TGbk formation information and logistics for the January meeting

Hello all,

The 802.11 January meeting will be the formation meeting for TGbk.
Some logistics and plans are as follows:
  1. Agenda for the meeting is submission 11-22-2192, for latest revision of the agenda refer to this link:https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/documents?is_dcn=2192&is_year=2022
  2. As this is the formation meeting, we will hold elections/affirmation vote for vice-chair, editor and secretary position.
There is an open call for leadership positions till January 15th (refer to TGbk call for candidates email).
  1. During the week the group will consider development process for the amendment draft.
This can be just following the same process as TGaz or possibly a subset of the process.
In view of the limited scope and expected shorter development cycle, it would be beneficial to keep the process light.
  1. This is a call for submissions to TGBK, if you have a submission and would like to allocate agenda time, please let me know
The document number (DCN) and topic, and I’ll add that to the agenda.
  1. During the last meeting TGaz reviewed technical material on 320MHz, identifying possible modifications to the FTM protocol.
Would be good to if the group can pick-up from that point.
