I hope this email finds you well. This is Yue Qi affiliated with Samsung. 

I am reaching out regarding the presentation schedule for our upcoming call on April 11. Currently, my presentation is scheduled for April 22. However, due to unforeseen circumstances related to my baby's due date on April 21, I am kindly wondering if a slot exchange would be possible to accommodate this important life event. I fully understand the complexities of schedule adjustments, especially in a diverse and busy community, therefore, your flexibility and understanding would be immensely much helpful and appreciated during this time. If you are available and willing to exchange presentation slots, with you taking my April 22 slot and me taking your slot on April 11, I would be deeply grateful. Your support in this matter would mean a lot to me.

Also please note that several submissions have not been uploaded to the mentor website (dcn is in red font). If any of your submissions has not been posted yet in mentor please make sure that it is uploaded as soon as possible..
