And it's even more complicated for non-NA people in the northern hemisphere
that do summer time (e.g. Europe). For example, central Europe is currently
5 hours ahead of ET but in 2 weeks' time (Sun 30 Mar) will go back to
being 6 hours ahead of ET as it is most of the year!
