I have some minor comments:

l  “The  value of RA field shall be set to the TBD value  the MAC address of the AP with which STA is associated and …” I was thinking that the CTS used to start the P-EDCA contention is a CTS-to-self, not introducing a new concept. As the change here seems to just try not to limit to an AP sending the DS-CTS, I think setting the RA field to the value of the MAC address of the transmitting STA is fine (same as the general CTS-to-self).

l  “… the Duration field shall be set to the value of the P-EDCA contention duration from the Table 37-1.” à “… the Duration field shall be set to the P-EDCA contention duration in Table 37-1.”?

l  Maybe not related to any of the comments, but in the note of Table 37-1, there are pEdcaAifs and pEdcaCwMax, which are first to appear and different from the parameters described in the table body. I kind of understand why you did so, but why not define the shortened name parameters first, add description what those are (CWmin/CWmax/AIFSN used for P-EDCA), and then use those shortened ones in the note?
