TGbn will hold a MAC/PHYC ad-hoc meeting between 23th and 25th of July 2025 at the
Nokia Campus in Espoo (~15 km from Helsinki city center), Finland.
The MAC/PHY ad-hoc will be held at the location below:

Detailed agenda will be available prior to the meeting but generally the expectation is to have:

Wednesday (July 23): MAC/PHY Ad-Hoc during AM1, AM2, PM1, and PM2

Thursday (July 24): MAC/PHY Ad-Hoc during AM1, AM2, PM1, and PM2

Friday (July 25): MAC/PHY Ad-Hoc during AM1, AM2, PM1, and PM2
Where the sessions are expected to be:
AM1: 09:00 – 10:30
AM2: 10:45 – 12:15
PM1: 13:30 – 15:30
PM2: 16:00 – 18:00
Web conferencing links ( WebEx) will be available for remote participation.
In-person attendance of this meeting requires registration. To register please send Prabodh, and me an e-mail (prabodh.varshney at
nokia.com and asterjadhi at gmail.com) with the following subject: “TGbn Ad Hoc July Attendance Request”, and include in the e-mail body the details
for each in-person attendee (name, mobile number, e-mail address). The deadline to send the registration e-mail is July 10th 2025.
