Hi Liwen,
I think you may have missed my comments in my previous email on 11-25/1094.
Basically, I would like to check if the paragraph (including the bullets) starting with “(#2504, 3668)
If a non-AP STA that is operating in EMLSR mode…” is intended to be informative or as normative behaviour. The current text seems to be writing as informative (“is treated as if”). If that is the intention, then it is fine. Otherwise, suppose it should be
something like (“shall be
treated as if”) Secondly, I believe the bullets with “…if the TXOP responder…” could use commas before the “if” to prevent
a wrong interpretation of the text. (I.e., “…,
if the TXOP responder…”). With the commas, I would understand it as the field preceding the comma is not considered unless the condition after the comma is fulfilled. Without the commas,
I may understand it as the field when the condition is fulfilled is always considered. Please let me know if I have any misunderstanding or incorrect interpretation of the text. Best regards, Gaius From: Gaius Yao Huang Wee
Hi Liwen,
And if my understanding of the intent is not wrong, it may help to add comma’s between “field” and “if” in the last paragraph bullets.
I.e.,
• the DPS Transition Delay field, if the TXOP responder switches back to LC mode, • the DSO Switchback Delay field, if the TXOP responder switches back to the primary channel from the DSO subband, Otherwise it might seem that the maximum value has to consider the fields of all scenarios at all times.
Or please correct me if my understanding is incorrect.
Thanks.
