Dear all,
I’m pleased to share that the IEEE 802.11 Working Group has officially approved TGbn draft 1.0 (D1.0) and the initiation of the first Working Group letter ballot on the TGbn draft. This is a major milestone in our journey as a Task Groupin the creation of the ultra high reliability (UHR) amendment.
This achievement reflects the technical excellence, perseverance, and cooperative spirit of every member of the Task Group. Whether through proposals, reviews, discussions, or consensus-building, your contributions have been essential in shaping a strong and forward-looking specification.
Looking ahead, we anticipate that our TGbn editor will finalize the draft within the next 14–20 days, after which the 45-day WG letter ballot will begin. During this letter ballot period, we will review, along other WG members, and submit comments on D1.0 to continue refining the draft.
As always, I encourage you to share any feedback, suggestions, or questions as we move forward. Your insights remain vital to the success of this effort.
Congratulations once again—and thank you all for your outstanding work!
Best Regards,
Alfred Asterjadhi
