[STDS-802-11-TGBN] SP List - Interoperability between NPCA and SR

Dear Alfred, all,

 

  I have presented contribution IEEE 802.11-25/0419r04 on yesterday, and I am planning on running the related SPs tomorrow (SP for both option 1 and 2 to see where we stand). In this matter, would it be possible to queue the following SPs for tomorrow (Wednesday September 17th) possibly in MAC AM2?

 

  • SP1: Do you agree that when NPCA and OBSS PD based SR are operated jointly, an UHR AP indicates in the SR Parameter Set element a common PD threshold that all its associated UHR STAs shall use in both the NPCA and SR procedure when both are enabled?
    • The SR transmit power constraints are applied at the STA based on the common PD threshold signaled by the AP regardless on whether the STA will be operating on the primary or NPCA PCH.
    • Note: No other enhancements are applied to both OBSS PD-based SR and NPCA procedure

 

  • SP2: Do you agree that a UHR AP operating in NPCA mode shall disable OBSS-PD within its BSS by setting the Non-SRG OBSS PD SR Disallowed subfield of the SR Control field of the Spatial Reuse Parameter Set element transmitted by the AP to 1?

 

Also, it would be very appreciated if you could let me know your preference and technical concerns beforehand so that we can arrange offline discussions before the SPs are run.
