[STDS-802-11-TGBN] TGbn September F2F Closing Report

Dear TGbn members,

Thank you all for your active participation during the September interim session.

Here’s a quick summary of our progress (11-25/1435r0):

• We held 9 sessions and discussed approximately 60 technical submissions and a couple of PDTs.
• All backlogged and newly requested submissions were completed, with the exception of one submission.
• We covered a wide range of topics including: NPCA, Roaming, Coexistence, Channel Access, Co-BF, Co-SR, MAPC, DSO, DBE, DRU, DPS, P-EDCA, DUO, C-TDMA, ELR, Sounding, etc.
• 7 technical motions were approved, which will be incorporated into TGbn Draft 1.1, which will also align our draft with REVmf D1.0. 
• Publication of TGbn D1.1 is expected post-LB291 closure (i.e., after October 6th, 2025).
• We approved a 3-day MAC/PHY ad-hoc session in North America (location TBD), scheduled for the week before the January F2F meeting.
• Our goal for the November F2F is to resolve comments from LB291.
