[STDS-802-11-TGBN] Letter of Invitation Request Form: TGbn MAC Ad-Hoc in San Diego California (4-6 March, 2026)

Since some members are having difficulties to obtain the LOI request form from the previouly attached PDF I am attaching that same document in this e-mail.

Hello all,

TGbn will hold a MAC ad-hoc meeting between 4th and 6th of March 2026 at the Qualcomm Headquarters in San Diego, California, USA.

 

The MAC ad-hoc will be held at the location below:

                                                      MPR A, Building AZ

10155 Pacific Heights Blvd,

San Diego, California 92121

                                                              United States

Detailed agenda will be available prior to the meeting but generally the expectation is to have:

  • Wednesday (March 4):           MAC Ad-Hoc  during              AM1, AM2, PM1, PM2
  • Thursday (March 5):                 MAC Ad-Hoc  during             AM1, AM2, PM1, PM2
  • Friday (March 6):                      MAC Ad-Hoc  during             AM1, AM2, PM1, PM2

 

Where the sessions are expected to be:

AM1:     09:00 – 10:30*

AM2:     10:45 – 12:15

PM1:     13:30 – 15:30

PM2:     16:00 – 18:00*

*Except for day 1 which will start at 10:00am and for day 3 which will end at 17:00.

 

Web conferencing links ( WebEx) will be available for remote participation.

 

In-person attendance of this meeting requires registration. To register please send me an e-mail (asterjadhi at gmail.com) with the following subject: “TGbn Ad Hoc March Attendance Request”, and include in the e-mail body the details for each in-person attendee (name, e-mail address). The deadline for sending the registration e-mail is February  28th, 2026.
