Re: [STDS-802-11-TGBN] 11-26/1098 uploaded

Hi Sanket,

As you might imagine, I disagree with the following statement in your comment resolution:

By utilizing traffic profiles shared by its peer APs, the Co‑TDMA coordinating AP can infer their relative needs, enabling efficient TXOP allocation without providing additional information in the Co‑TDMA ICF or soliciting it in the Co‑TDMA ICR.

The instantaneous resource needs of an AP are not known:
  1. Many applications do not generate constant bit rates but have bursty traffic.
  2. Different STA require different amount of resources based on their location (number of spatial streams and MCS varies significantly).
  3. The coordinating AP does not know if the polled AP just had a few TXOPs and emptied its buffers or if it has not been able to capture the channel for some time.

Therefore, I suggest to defer all the comments that contain such a statement.

BR, Klaus

Hi Alfred,

I have uploaded the CR document 11-26/1098r0 to the server. The document resolves 40 CIDs, including the Joint CIDs assigned to me.

Co‑TDMA TTT: Please review the document and let me know your feedback, if any.

Best,
Sanket Kalamkar
