Thanks. I've updated the text (attached). Note I've moved these CIDs to 11-26/377 instead.
Re your comment on how the STA knows whether the target AP MLD supports SCS, the STA doesn't need to know. The current AP MLD knows so will transfer SCS only if the target supports SCS.
If the target doesn't support SCS, all the SCS requested by the STA will be rejected anyway.
