Thank you for agreeing to the reassignment, and for sharing your helpful thoughts and the background.
As CID 17942 is mentioned under Clause 6.4, I will likewise prioritize the simple approach of adding the ST primitives to Table 6-1, rather than introducing a new text for ST.
I will reach out to the TTT members and to you once I have made progress.

Hi Tomy,
    I'm fine for reassignment and would like to provide my opinion on this comment:
        During the past few years, 11m are working on simplifying the content of clause 6. Therefore, most of request/response frame exchanges have been removed from clause 6.5. 
        However, i'v not considered all parts of ST frame exchanges and just provide my preliminary thought and some background info on this.
        If you want to address it, Table 6-1— MLME SAP interface may be an alternative direction. Currently i'm not sure whether any new text for ST is needed.
        Please reach out to TTT members (e.g., Brian, Binita) and me for any further discussion on this topic.

Could you please reassign CID 17942 to me?
The  CID 17942 shows as follows:
"The SMD BSS transition procedure involves SME decisions. It is suggested that MLME primitives for SMD BSS transition (including ST discovery, ST preparation, ST execution and DL draining) should be defined in clause 6."
This comment is mainly about the MLME primitives for the SMD BSS transition procedure, and it is essentially independent of the other comments on Clause 6.
