Two editorial comments for the table. AMP-sync should refer to 40.3.8.2.1 and AMP-sig can refer to 40.3.8.2.2.

                I made a few edits to the PDT based on feedback received during this morning meeting.

 

I believe the following PDT is ready for Straw Poll.
