Please help to add the following SP text into the SP agenda:

 Do you agree to add the following to 11bp SFD:

An AMP AP that does not know the capabilities of the non-AP AMP STAs may solicit response from the non-AP AMP STAs using optional data rate.

Note: TBD the behavior of non-AP AMP STA that does not comply with the request
