R0: added the draft minutes of Monday PM3, Tuesday AM1, and the part of Tuesday PM1, Thursday AM2, and Thursday PM1.
R1: added the Q&A discussion for Thursday PM1 and the part of Thursday AM2.
R2: added the remaining Q&A discussion.
R3: some editorial update
