For the upcoming July 2026 plenary, we have the following 6 two-hour meeting slots with the following tentative topic arrangement (subject to final agenda requests):
a) Monday AM1 - PHY
b) Tuesday AM1 - Joint / MAC
c) Tuesday PM1 - Joint / MAC
d) Wednesday AM2 - a presentation from UCM TIG leadership and PHY
e) Thursday AM2 - Joint
f) Thursday PM2 - Motions and Joint
With this email, I am calling for contributions, straw polls, and/or motions you may want to present in the plenary.
Similar to the May 2026 interim, of note is that
- I may group contributions with similar topics to facilitate discussion; in this regard, I apologize in advance if your request may not be first-come first-serve
- please kindly consider a best practice to upload your contribution/straw poll to our document server preferably at least one day in advance prior to your scheduled presentation. It may help facilitate the review and discussion of your contributions/straw polls. For motions, it is great if you can send your request together with your proposed motion text for participants to preview/comment.
