[STDS-802-11-TGBQ] Additional motion preview - motions 127 to 131 for consideration in the November 2026 plenary

Dear all,

Following the outcome of the October 13th teleconference call, I uploaded revision 37 of the motion slide deck at (11-25/2163r27):

This latest version added motions 127 to 131 for consideration on Monday during the IEEE 802.11 November 2026 plenary.  Once again, please review and let me know if you have any comment or suggested change on any proposed motion text.
