Dear all, The TGbr ad-hoc will start on Thursday May 7, 13:30 German time (which is 7:30 Eastern time).
Please, notice, due to a shortage of rooms in the main HHI building,
there is a change of the location. We will move to the new HHI building in the
Lanolinfabrik, Salzufer 15/16, 10587 Berlin in 5th floor, room LF.05-28, which is 5 minute walk from our main HHI building. There will be coffee, water and cakes, and we can go e.g. to
a nearby Italian restaurant for lunch. We have a screen and a large white board for discussions. Thanks to our video experts, the room has microphones integrated into the ceiling. There will be a technician to host the meeting. We can connect via ClickShare
to the AudioVisual system, which is very easy. I will leave a message at the front desk at Einsteinufer 37 for people who might follow the original invitation, to come over to the Lanolinfabrik. Both frontdesks will be informed. When you come to
Lanolinfabrik, go through the grand portal and then turn right to the Fraunhofer HHI entrance. There will be a meeting sign on the frontdesk where you should go.
