Plan is to do a quick reminder of the meeting slots for the September Interim and then a discussion on procedures for handling the upcoming comments on D1.0.

Mark and I discussed putting some additional structure around the comment resolution process (not knowing how many comments will come in). We want to move as efficiently as we can to accommodate all comments and get them resolved.

We want to use the same categories we had the last round and borrow some of the procedures from both 11bn and 11mf.

Reminder - as the LB is still open, we will not be covering anything with the draft or discussing technical topics on the telecon, this is to frame how we are going to move forward through the comments.

I took both TGbn’s and REVmf’s process, and sort of merged them (applied one or the other, depending on the type of comment/work to resolve).  I also simplified the TGbn process a bit, since we are not nearly as large a group nor working on as large a draft, so I think we can forgo a bit of the process.

 

Anyway, I welcome comments, and look forward to discussing on Monday’s call.
