I see that Len_m is still accidentally mentioned ("The Len_m field is encoded in little endian format").
"The transcript includes Authentication MMPDUs up to and including the one that results in derivation of the PTK. [CID 589]". This new sentence now also resolves CID 742, so you can include CID 742 between the brackets.
Not sure if this was on purpose or not: the submission still uses 'field' instead of 'value' when talking about Len_n in the transcript. See "Len_n[CID 589] is a 4-octet[CID 589] field [..]" and in the NOTE "The Len_n [CID 589]field". Replace "field" by "value"
to resolve CID 664.

The argument currently given in 11-26/1870r1 is: "to cover possibility of future PQC options needing more than 64 kB data in an “extended MMPDU” that might be transmitted in multiple Authentication frames."
From my view, the overhead of this change is practically zero, since these length values are never actually transmitted, so this change sounds good to me.

Len_n[CID 589] is a 4-octet[CID 589, CID 664] value [CID 664]that indicates the length of Data_n [CID 589]in octets. The Len_n value[CID 589, CID 664] is encoded in little endian format."
Len_n and Data_n only refers to the last two inputs of Hash(). The rest Len_m (for m=1,2,..,n-1) are still not defined. I suggest to do the following way:
T = Hash(Len_1 || Data_1 || … || Len_n || Data_n)
where for m=1,...,n, Len_m is a 4-octet value that indicates the length of Data_m in octets.
CID 664: What is the reason to change Len_n to 4 octets? Please explain why 2-octet length is not sufficient.

IMHO, its current group (PDT-FILSFastSetup) is incorrect. 1870r2 has following changes from r1 that I started presenting today: - Remove exclusion of Vendor Specific elements from transcript based on discussion during the Tue PM1 slot and additional offline comments pointing out that we already include Vendor Specific elements in the MIC element in the 802.1X Authentication frames. - Add proposed resolution for CID 431 - More complete resolution for CID 664 - Move comments on restructuring of items that are not strictly speaking on transcript or PTK derivation to another section. The plan is to not address these comments in this document. - Added more details on proposed comment resolutions. - Added a list of CIDs that the document proposed resolutions for.
