This updated version is significantly simpler and hopefully it is also
much easier to see that it does not change the conditions for the
components used in PTK derivation in any manner and the changes for
that being only restructructuring. This is now all within 12.17 which
should make this even clearer.
The main changes listed in r3:
- Consolidate duplicated EPHss/IMK definitions into a single location
(12.17.3) and keep the conditions identical to the versions that were
used in 12.17.5.
- Add details for PoW (first to Authentication frames not included in
transcript)
- Add a NOTE regarding MPDU replays not being added into transcript.
- Editorial fixes based on comments on the reflector.
