[STDS-802-11-TGM] TPE related changes

Hi all

 

26/1196 (D2p0_TPE_elements) includes various updates on the language around use of TPE elements, mainly to clarify that:

  • frames/elements that can carry a TPE element in fact may be carrying multiple TPE elements
  • such TPE elements need to be distinguished by at least one of the Transmit Power Unit Interpretation and Maximum Transmit Power Category subfields
  • The Channel Usage Response frame is an exception, and only carries up to one local TPE element.

There are some editorial items as well.
