Mike, All,

 

Today we approved a resolution to REVmf CD 1056, as the following:

Revised. 

Replace “OBSS PPDU” with “inter-BSS PPDU” in Figure 26-12, there are seven occurrences.
Delete “ OBSS TXOP1’ ”, and the "Intra-BSS D1 ' ' " horizontal line and label.

 

(Those in the meeting will probably recall the rushed discussion about the horizontal line and label, associated with Intra-BSS D1’’.)

 

It turns out, after further review, the Intra-BSS D1’’ STA is referenced within the figure (but is not searchable text, which is why we didn’t find it during the discussion).  There is an explicit transmission shown roughly in the middle of the figure from Intra-BSS S1’’ to Intra-BSS D1’’.  Thus, our follow-up review concluded that we actually do need (or at least it would be best) to keep the Intra-BSS D1’’ horizontal line and label.

 

Thus I am requesting to review this CID (very quickly) on Thursday, and update the resolution to remove the instruction to delete the line and label.
