We have two candidates for the adhoc (in order of location confirmation):
A. Cambridge UK
B. San Jose, CA, USA

If you are considering participating, please vote for your preferred location:  A or B
(Note that if you are anticipating participating remotely, the teleconference times will be adjusted according to the timezone.

I have  secured MR Trinity CAMBR.A-010D (24) Teams Room - Trinity for the three days, 6, 7, 8 October.

I just need the following info: 

  • Start/End times for each day -- 9-5?
  • Any dietary requirements / allergies for attendees
  • Names/Email addresses/Company of the external attendees

I need to get the TGmf Group to weigh in on the option.
I know that Brian Hart has the San Jose option available also.

Nikola is looking into his space.

So, Simple email response ballot.
