[STDS-802-11] TGmd "Obsolete" comments - call for volunteers for submission review

802.11 members,

TGmd is resolving a number of comments that relate to removing functionality from the 802.11 standard, and
will be discussing these comments (no motions) on upcoming teleconferences.
