[STDS-802-11] CIDs 1378 (Make Power Save Multi-Poll [PSMP] obsolete) and 1412 (Change Dual Beacon/Dual CTS from Deprecated to Obsolete)

1378 1750.35 10.30 PSMP is obsolete and should be deleted At the start of the referenced subclause add "PSMP is obsolete. Support for this mechanism might be removed in a later

revision of the standard."

1412 1589.25 10.3.2.9.1 Dual beacon and dual CTS are obsolete At the start of the referenced subclause add "Dual CTS is obsolete. Support for this mechanism might be removed in a later

revision of the standard."  Change the last sentence of 11.1.3.2 to "Dual beacons are obsolete. Support for this mechanism might be removed in a later revision of the standard."
