This revision covers the proposed resolution for CIDs 2528
(follow-up), 2227 (follow-up), 2563 (follow-up), 2486, and 2293.

11-19-0267r0 - Resolution for CID 2017
This contribution is jointly prepared with Claudio and Artyom on the
CID related to Figure 20-1.

11-19-0262r1 – Additional Editor2 REVmd comments
This submission present proposed resolution for CIDs 2041, 2042, 2095,
2096, 2659, and 2222.
