On 3 August 2023, after the end of the FCC Open Commission August 2023 meetings, the following Notice of Inquiry - Advancing Understanding of Non-Federal Spectrum Usage - is published:

As per the description in the official website, "[t]his NOI initiates a technical inquiry into how to obtain more sophisticated knowledge of real-time non-Federal spectrum usage—and how modern technologies can enable this effort."

The comment submission deadline is 3 October 2023.  The reply comment submission deadline is 2 November 2023.  If you would like IEEE 802 LMSC to prepare a response, please prepare a contribution to IEEE 802.18 no later than the IEEE 802.18 opening meeting (Tuesday, 12 September) in the IEEE 802 September 2023 wireless interim.
