Following the end of the consultation in October 2025, the administration earlier today published its final version of the Frequency Reorganization Action Plan (2025 Edition) as well as its responses to commenters at:

As discussed in the IEEE 802.18 September 2025 wireless interim, Japan MIC began a consultation on 11 September 2025 that solicits public opinions on its draft frequency reorganization action plan 2025.  For details, please see:

The comment submission deadline is 14 October 2025.  If you would like IEEE 802 LMSC to submit a comment, please prepare a contribution and bring it to IEEE 802.18 to review and consider approval no later than 3:00pm ET, Tuesday, 2 October 2025.
