Dear Members,

The 802 LMSC approved both of the motions that we brought.

Formation of the AI Offload PAR Study Group is approved. I appoint Gaurav Naik as the Chair.

The liaison to the IETF in support of the pure MLKEM draft is approved. I will send that out early next week.
