As you may already know the AI Offload Study Group activities will kick off in May.
Since there are no explicit rules for SG officer selections, I intend to follow the same rules outlined in the 802.11 Operations Manual for Task Groups:
- TG Vice-Chair is elected by a TG majority
approval and confirmed by a WG majority approval.
- The TG Secretary shall be appointed by the TG
Chair and confirmed by a TG motion that is approved with a minimum 50%
majority.
Vice Chair
- I would like to open a Call for Nominations for AIO SG Vice Chair. Please respond to this email if you would like to nominate yourself or somebody for this position. The call for nominations will close at noon Belgium time on Monday, May 11.
- Depending on how many nominations I receive, we may need to hold elections during the May meeting.
Secretary
- Please let me know if you would like to be considered for the AIO SG Secretary position.
