Hello all,

This is a friendly reminder to register for the July 2026 IEEE 802 Plenary Session and secure your hotel accommodations before the Early Bird deadline on Friday, May 22, 2026.

Event Dates: July 12–17, 2026
Location: Le Centre Sheraton Montreal, Montreal, Canada
Participation Options: In-Person or Virtual

Important Deadlines – Friday, May 22
  • Early Bird Registration Rate: USD $700
  • IEEE 802 Hotel Group Rate Deadline: CAD $250/night
  • Full Refund Cancellation Deadline
Registration Discount
Participants staying 3 or more nights at the Sheraton Montreal are eligible for a USD $300 registration discount. To receive the discount at checkout, please include your hotel reservation confirmation number during registration or share it with the Meeting Planner after registration for a refund.
