As many of you have likely discovered, there is an issue with mentor that is affecting downloading some files, but not others, and that seems inconsistent.   Several  workarounds have been found which you may find useful.  Here's what I'm aware of so far in hopes it helps:

• web interface:  right click and use "save as":  this works at least sometimes for files that fail when you click  "download".
• Use bulk download interface: this gets everything OK
• New:  when sending a link via email, shorten the link to just the document #, e.,g.
• https://mentor.ieee.org/802.18/dcn/26/18-26-0077-00-0000-rr-tag-agenda-13-august-2026.pptx doesn't work
• https://mentor.ieee.org/802.18/dcn/26/18-26-0077-00 works

This may help when you get the "This site can’t be reached" error message.
