Today I received responses from Jin-Meng Ho and Avraham Freedman regarding their comments. Yesterday I also received an update from Knut Odman indicating that his one outstanding comment was actually resolved to his satisfaction. Still no response from Rene Struik.

Knut Odman's vote is changed from NO to YES.
Jin-Meng Ho's vote remains NO.

Approval is now 70 Yes, 3 No, 6 Abstain for 95.8% approval.

Attached is an updated open comments file and a summary of sponsor ballot results after comment resolution.
