Here is the approved P802.16/Conformance04 PAR:

This project will be assigned to TGC, which handled the first three
projects in the Conformance series. Ken Stanwood
<ken@ensemblecom.com> will continue to chair TGC. If you would like
to help out, particularly as Technical Editor or Secretary, please
get in touch with Ken.
