[STDS-802-16] results of 802.16 motions at 802 EC meeting

Both motions of the 802.16 WG at today's 802 EC meeting were
approved. The results are summarized here:

The P802.16h PAR will be on the December NesCom agenda, with final
action expected at the 2004-12-08 Standards Board meeting.

I have not yet uploaded the ITU-R contribution.
