The IEEE 802.16 Working Group invited each Independent Evaluation Group and each Proponent to designate up to three individual participants to attend the meeting and register without charge. Other attendees wishing to attend the meeting could register for a nominal fee. The preregistration deadline was 13 May at 7 am Beijing time.
