IEEE 802.16's Task Group C developed, under IEEE PAR 802.16/Conformance03 (formerly numbered 1802.16.3), IEEE Standard 802.16/Conformance03 ("Conformance to IEEE Standard 802.16 – Part 3: Radio Conformance Tests (RCT) for 10-66 GHz WirelessMAN-SC^TM Air Interface."

The standard was published on 25 June 2004 after being approved as an IEEE Standard on 12 May 2004.
